All billing for Auto Publisher packages is processed by Stripe. Refunds and cancellations are administered in accordance with this policy and applicable laws. This policy outlines our approach to refunds and what you can expect.

2. Refund Policy

Subscriptions are non-refundable after purchase. This applies to all subscriptions regardless of usage.

Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues: Service outages or technical problems preventing platform use for an extended period
  • Billing errors: Charges made in error due to system failures
  • Duplicate charges: Accidental duplicate charges for the same subscription

To request a refund for any of these scenarios, contact us at hello@auto-publisher.io with your account email and transaction ID. We will review your request within 5 business days.

3. What Is Not Eligible for Refunds

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind after using the service
  • Failure to use the service during the billing period
  • Dissatisfaction with features that are clearly documented
  • Exceeding usage limits that resulted in overage charges
  • Cancellations made after service use
  • Issues caused by third-party integrations or user error

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Include your account email, order/transaction ID, and detailed reason for the refund request
  3. We will review your request within 5 business days
  4. If approved, refunds are processed via Stripe and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account

5. Payment Method

Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method you used for your purchase. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, typically 5-10 business days.

6. Disputes

If you have a billing dispute, please contact us directly at hello@auto-publisher.io before taking any other action. We aim to resolve all billing issues promptly and fairly through direct communication.

7. Service Credits

In some cases, instead of a monetary refund, we may offer service credits or extended subscription periods to resolve issues. This is at our sole discretion and may be offered as an alternative to refunds.

8. Package Changes

If you upgrade or downgrade your package mid-month, we will calculate any refund or additional charge on a pro-rated basis for the remainder of the current billing period.

9. Enterprise Agreements

Enterprise customers with custom agreements may have different refund terms as specified in their individual contracts. Please refer to your signed agreement for specific refund provisions.
